Information

The children's race has been part of L'Etape Slovakia by Tour de France since the first year. Even the smallest children will be able to try and enjoy riding through the legendary Tour de France gate, they will receive medals like adult competitors, and they will certainly be encouraged in their efforts not only by enthusiastic parents, but also by other spectators.

Start at 09:00am.

Children's races are divided into categories A (2019-2022), B (2015-2018) and C (2011-2014). Due to the interest of several parents to accompany children in their often first races (as well as the fact that in category "A" the smallest children will go not only on bicycles but also on bouncers), we decided to start individual children in groups with a maximum number of 6- 8 children. Each child's final time will be measured manually, and the result sheets will be created accordingly.

The Kids race will take place on the closed part of Pribinová street in the lanes closer to Eurovea. The length of the tracks will be A (400m), B (800m) and C (1600m).

The start and finish of the children's race will be from the same place, it will be the same as the start of Sunday's main race, in order to enhance the experience for little athletes.

We will reward the fastest children in the girls' and boys' categories with material prizes, but in the children's categories we consider it a priority to awaken children's interest and love for cycling. We believe that you will create a great atmosphere for them, which will motivate them wonderfully.
