Slovak capital Bratislava - where the cycling adventure begins, is the ideal place for large family trips in the near and wider surroundings. The advantage of a small state in the heart of Europe, spread over an area of 49,036 km2, is that everything isclose by. Take advantage of it! You can easily get to Slovakia by plane – either directly to the Bratislava Airport or nearby ViennaAirport. Vienna is less than 60 km away from Bratislava and you can get from Schwechat to the capital of Slovakia by train or car in less than an hour. Even from Budapest (Hungary) it is less than 2.5 hours drive to get here.
Beauty on the Danube - as Bratislava is called, will win your heart with its royal history, cosiness, architectural contrasts, and plenty of greenery. Don’t miss Zelezna studnicka area.
